DJM.Design™ Refund/Return Policy
All Sales Are Final: At DJM.Design™, we create each product custom-made to your specifications upon order. We do not maintain a stock inventory, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Once an order is placed, it is final, and entries for any associated giveaway are automatically submitted. No refunds will be issued following the completion of a giveaway campaign.
Errors Upon Receiving Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped from DJM.Design™ will be eligible for store credit or a refund.
To report such issues, please send an email to welcome@djm.design with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect product.
Critical Information To Understand: Purchases made during an active giveaway period are non-refundable if returned after the completion of the giveaway. This is because your purchases contribute towards giveaway entries, and we cannot retract these once the giveaway has concluded. However, if your items are defective, you may contact us post-giveaway for a possible return. If eligible, you may select a comparable item of equal value or opt for store credit. This policy is in place due to the nature of the giveaway entries linked to your purchases.
